The business was started in June 1987 by Neil and Ian, who had been discussing this new venture for over 6 months without saying a word to their wives, that they were going to start a Kitchen and Bathroom business. They had built a reputation for high quality & skilled workmanship and high-quality products. Recommendation from all their customers was the key to the success of Inline Kitchens and the business grew.

How it started
What I do
My involvement in the company quickly evolved on the administration side. Drawing from my experience as an Office Manager at a local firm of Insurance Brokers, I brought essential organisational skills and a strong sense of business practices to support Jill (Ian’s wife) in managing the behind-the-scenes operations.
While my role may not be as glamorous as my colleagues’ who design unique and stunning spaces in our customers’ homes, I find immense value in being part of a team. I cherish the importance of a sense of humour and mutual understanding in our day-to-day lives, creating a harmonious working environment.
