I am so happy with my kitchen from Inline Design. Not only the cabinets being such good quality, Claire, Neil and Jayne’s care, attention and patience has been second to none. I had a kitchen from Inline in my old property over 10 years ago that remains good a new so, had to go with them for this one. I am over the moon with the result. Excellent service from start to finish.  Everything from the initial design with Claire was double checked and given the go ahead by us before the order went in. Once started, Neil informed us of exactly what was going on and he did an extremely good job as Project Manager. All the tradesmen he employed were exceptional, tidy and extremely talented at what they did. All the problems that came around once the work started were resolved with the minimum of fuss. This is the third time we have used Inline design studio. We purchased a kitchen island a few years ago and wanted to update the rest of our kitchen whilst keeping our island.   We have always had great service and excellent quality items from Inline and felt confident asking for a design to update our kitchen. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. Neil, Jayne & Claire made our experience stress free and although we were nervous about changing our kitchen it is the best decision we have made in our house.  It has made it a perfect space to live in. We had our kitchen fully installed by Inline and we are so happy with it. Everything went to plan and we knew we could trust inline to do this. We had InLine redo our bathroom. We are so pleased that we chose this company. From start to finish we were kept up to date with everything that needed to be done. All staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Triston is an excellent worker, we are over the moon with the results and would not hesitate in recommending this amazing company. Firstly the kitchen is awesome and the craftsmanship is great. Neil and the team really built on our vision and turned the initial picture/render into reality. Through the process were many visits and we were allowed samples to view in situ. We never felt pressurised and built up the trust level required to pay upfront for the kitchen. The kitchen fitter was amazing - never meet someone as tidy and conscientious. He always left the kitchen in the cleanliness possible state. The timeline and communication were equally spot on. A thoroughly professional job.  We first dealt with Inline Kitchens 32 years ago when they installed our original Kitchen.  We were very impressed then by the quality and first class workmanship which has stood the test of time remarkably.   In view of this we had no hesitation in contacting them again to fit the new Kitchen. We had an initial consultation with Neil and Clare, designer, to decide the design/layout etc and were delighted with the care taken with every detail/suggestions and the whole process was made very easy. The units/workshops/workmanship are top quality and we now have a fantastic Kitchen well worth the 32 year wait! Excellent service and fantastic quality fitting and finish. We spoke with three local specialist kitchen companies to help us modernise and extend our kitchen. All were broadly in the same price range, using similar appliances and materials, but Inline stood out by presenting us with the best design to suit our needs, and feeling like a great team to work with. From Neil’s initial visit to understand our needs, Claire’s first design was almost perfect and only needed a few minor changes to achieve everything we wanted. Her design made great use of the space available, with all appliances, units and worktops laid out to be very functional, but also visually keeping the room well balanced and attractive. This was a huge project for us, needing the stud wall between the kitchen and dining room removed, stripping both rooms back to bare floor, walls and ceiling, then building everything back up from there, re-plumbing, re-wiring, plastering and decorating the whole room. Neil project managed the whole process excellently, ensuring everything and everyone was in place at the right time, always keeping in touch with us to keep us up to date and coming to see and help with the work very regularly. As with any large project we hit a few snags along the way, but Neil was always on top of things and nothing was too much trouble for him to resolve to our satisfaction. All the trades Neil used on our kitchen were excellent, in particular the main fitter Tristan did an outstanding job, he has high standards in his own work and I would honestly struggle to find fault with anything, and I’m a fussy devil ;-) The overall quality of the final kitchen is superb, and I can very highly recommend Inline Design Studio, Neil, Claire and Jayne are a fantastic team to work with and helped build us our dream kitchen.

The whole process of obtaining our new kitchen right from the designing and right to the completed fabulous kitchen was fantastic. There was no stress involved and if there was a problem it was rectified very quickly. A big mention for the fitting team with a special mention for our kitchen  fitter who worked very hard it getting everything spot on in resulting  in a fabulous kitchen , also a big mention to our electricians for some some fantastic work and also a big thank you for their patience.
